Create a myEncompass account, this is a secure account to ensure that information you submit is in a secure environment.

Within myEncompass, complete your Mortgage Enquiry Form this will forward your information to a qualified mortgage professional for them to fully assess your request and provide you with personal remortgage research from lenders that your meet the criteria of.

Step 2
Personal Product Research sent, specific to you

A qualified mortgage professional will assess your enquiry and email you personal product research to review.

Your Adviser will recommend the most suitable mortgage scheme and lender to meet your needs.

Your Adviser can then apply for an Agreement in Principle from the selected lender on your behalf.

Step 3
Mortgage Application made to secure your new rate/scheme

Your Adviser will submit your mortgage or remortgage application on your behalf.

You will need to pay any lender fees to remortgage.

You can check the progress of your application using your mymortgage experts login

This process can take as little as 24 / 48 hours, if clear and correct documentation is uploaded.
